Your Lonida wallet: balance, deposits, swaps and withdrawals

How the club wallet works — generating your Polygon address, funding it, swapping USDC into LONIDA, withdrawing, and the confirmation codes and permissions that protect every movement of real value.

The wallet holds real value, so it is the most carefully guarded part of Lonida. Everything here happens on the Polygon network, every movement of funds needs a confirmation code, and not everyone in a club is allowed to move money. This guide covers all of it.

The wallet belongs to the club, not to you personally

This is the single most important thing to understand. The wallet is attached to the club, which is why a team member can see it. Every active team member can view the address, balance and transaction history — but only the owner, an Admin or a Finance member can actually move money. Coach and Community Manager are view-only.

Step 1

Generating your address

Before anything else, your club needs a wallet address. If you have not generated one, the wallet page will tell you so, and nothing — deposits, swaps, withdrawals or AI image generation — can happen until you do.

The address is a standard Polygon PoS address. It is yours, it does not change, and it is where you send funds to top the wallet up.

Send only on Polygon

Sending LONIDA or USDC over any network other than Polygon PoS is the most common and most expensive mistake in crypto. Funds sent on the wrong network do not arrive and generally cannot be recovered. Check the network before every transfer, not just the address.

Overview

Reading your wallet summary

The three headline figures

  • Total DepositsOptional
Everything that has ever come into the wallet.
  • Total SpentOptional
Everything spent inside the platform — transfers, fees, AI image generation and similar.
  • Total WithdrawalsOptional
Everything sent back out to an external address.

Your live balance is read directly from the blockchain rather than from a number Lonida keeps internally. That is why it is authoritative — and also why it occasionally takes a moment to refresh after a transaction.

Swap

Swapping USDC into LONIDA

The swap converts USDC into LONIDA at the platform's current rate. It works from the USDC already sitting at your wallet address, so the sequence is: send USDC to your address on Polygon, then swap it.

1

Send USDC to your wallet address

On the Polygon network. Wait for it to arrive and show in your balance.

2

Enter the USDC amount to convert

You are shown what it converts to before you confirm, so there are no surprises about the rate.

3

Confirm with your code

Like every money movement, the swap needs a confirmation code. Enter it and the conversion executes.

Withdraw

Withdrawing

Withdrawing sends LONIDA from your club wallet to an external Polygon address. Before it goes through, several conditions are checked in order:

Every withdrawal must pass all of these

  • A valid confirmation code.
  • A valid Polygon address as the destination.
  • A valid amount, not more than your balance.
  • Permission — you must be the owner, an Admin or a Finance member.
  • No outstanding loan. Any unpaid loan must be repaid in full first.

An outstanding loan blocks withdrawals entirely

If you owe anything on a loan, withdrawal is refused and you are told the exact outstanding amount. This is not a partial restriction — you cannot withdraw the portion above what you owe. Repay the loan, then withdraw.

Check the destination address twice

Blockchain transfers are final. There is no reversal, no support ticket that undoes them, and no way to recall funds sent to the wrong place. Paste the address, then read the first and last characters back against your source before confirming.

Security

Confirmation codes

Every movement of funds — swap, withdrawal, loan repayment, gift — requires a confirmation code. Which kind you receive depends on the login verification method you chose in Settings: an emailed one-time code, your PIN, or a code from your authenticator app.

Wrong codes lock the wallet

Repeated incorrect codes trigger rate limiting, and after too many failures your account is locked for one hour. Emailed codes also expire, so if one has been sitting in your inbox for a while, request a fresh one rather than using the old one.

Loans

Loans

Your club can request a short-term loan of up to 100 LONIDA straight from the platform treasury. It's club-wide, not personal, so only one request can be pending at a time and only one loan can be outstanding at a time.

1

Submit the request

From the wallet, enter an amount up to 100 LONIDA and an optional reason, then submit. Only the owner or an Admin/Finance team member can do this.

2

Share a post to boost your odds

The request form links to a Facebook post and an X post you can share to your own timeline. Paste the link to your shared post in the request — requests backed by a share get priority review.

3

Wait for the admin's decision

An admin reviews and approves or rejects every request individually. You'll get an in-app notification and an email either way — a rejection always includes a note explaining why, and you're free to submit a new request afterward.

Approved loans arrive on-chain

On approval, real LONIDA moves from the treasury straight to your club's wallet address. The transaction hash is included in your notification and loan history, so you can verify it on Polygonscan.

Repayments are made from the wallet and, like everything else financial, need a confirmation code and the right role. Until a loan is fully repaid, withdrawals and gifts are blocked — everything else (market bids, transfers, friendlies, AI image generation) still works normally.

Also here

Gifts and other charges

The wallet is also where gifts from other managers arrive, and where platform charges are taken from — most visibly AI image generation, which is billed per image from the club wallet and restricted to the same owner/Admin/Finance permission set.

FAQ

Common questions

Why can I see the wallet but not withdraw?+
You are a team member with the Coach or Community Manager role. Viewing is granted to every active team member; moving money is limited to the owner, Admin and Finance. Ask your club owner to change your role if you genuinely need it.
I sent funds but my balance has not changed.+
Check three things in order: that you used the Polygon network, that you sent to the correct address, and that the transaction has confirmed on-chain. The balance is read from the blockchain, so once it confirms there it will appear here.
My withdrawal was refused because of a loan I forgot about.+
The message states the exact outstanding amount. Repay that in full from the wallet, then the withdrawal will go through.
My loan request was rejected — can I try again?+
Yes. The rejection note explains why, and there's no limit on how many times you can submit a new request once the previous one is resolved.
Does an outstanding loan stop me from doing anything else?+
Only withdrawals and gifts are blocked while a loan is outstanding. You can still bid on players (loan or transfer), arrange friendlies, and use AI image generation.
I never received my emailed code.+
Check spam, confirm the email address on your Profile tab is correct, then request a new code. Old codes expire, so always use the most recent one.
Can I change my wallet address?+
No. The address is generated once for your club and stays as it is. That permanence is what makes it safe to reuse for deposits.
Is the balance Lonida shows the same as on the blockchain?+
Yes — it is read from the chain rather than from an internal ledger, which is why it is the authoritative figure.
