The Private Sale lets you reserve LONIDA before general availability. It is a reservation rather than an instant purchase: you state an amount, you fund it in USDC, and the platform confirms your reservation once it sees the money arrive.
The rules in short
What you need to know before reserving
- MinimumOptional$10 per reservation.
- MaximumOptional$25,000 per reservation.
- Total poolOptional2,000,000 LONIDA across every reservation by everybody. It is first come, first served.
- DeadlineOptionalThe private sale window closes on 20 August 2026. After that, reservations are refused.
The pool is shared and finite
Because two million coins are shared across all participants, a large reservation can be refused simply because there is not enough left. If that happens you are told exactly how many LONIDA remain, so you can lower your amount and try again.
How to reserve
Make sure you have a wallet address
The private sale funds through your normal Lonida wallet address. If you have not generated one yet, do that first — the page will prompt you.
Enter your reservation amount
Anywhere from $10 to $25,000, subject to what is left in the pool. You are shown how much LONIDA that converts to.
Optionally set a refund address
A Polygon address beginning with 0x. This is where your USDC would be returned if a reservation ever could not be completed. It is optional, but setting it removes any ambiguity later.
Send the USDC
Send the matching USDC amount to your wallet address on the Polygon network. Nothing else is required from you after this.
How funding is confirmed
There is no manual swap step and no button to press once you have sent the funds. The platform watches for a matching USDC balance at your address. As soon as it sees one, your reservation is marked as reserved and you receive a confirmation email.
Until that happens, your reservation sits in an awaiting-funding state, and the page will keep checking. If the balance never arrives, the reservation simply stays unfunded — nothing is taken from you.
Send the exact amount, on Polygon
Detection is based on seeing a matching USDC balance, so sending the exact figure on the Polygon network is what makes confirmation quick and unambiguous. As with all transfers here, the wrong network means the funds do not arrive at all.
Refunds
If Lonida is ever unable to complete a reservation, the USDC is refunded to your preferred wallet address — which is exactly what the optional refund address field is for. Setting it in advance means a refund needs no back-and-forth.
