Four steps, one player

Shape them
Pick their position, age, build and every detail of how they look — skin, hair, facial hair, boots — on the same 3D model the match engine uses. What you design is what walks onto the pitch.

They start at 35
Every academy player begins at rating 35, shaped by their position. A keeper's 35 sits in their reactions and positioning; a winger's sits in pace and dribbling. No club starts with a better prospect than another.

Train them
The training ground is where a 35 becomes something worth a place in your side. Coming soon.

Promote them once
When they are ready, they join your first team. That move is permanent — there is no route back to the academy.
Every academy starts equal
You choose who your player is, never how good they are. Ability is fixed at rating 35 and distributed by position, identically for everyone. A club with a full treasury cannot build a better sixteen-year-old than a club with nothing.
What separates one academy from another is what you do next.

Promotion only happens once
Moving a player into your first team takes them out of the academy for good. They become a squad player like any other — they can be picked, sold or loaned — and there is no way to send them back to develop further.
Because it cannot be undone, the game asks you to confirm twice and type the player's name before it happens.
