Campaigns: earning LONIDA by completing brand tasks

Q: My submission was refused. Can I try again?

Not on that submission. If the reviewer marked it **Needs a change** you can fix it and resend. A flat refusal is final for that attempt, though on a repeatable campaign you can submit fresh work.

A campaign is paid work from a brand. You do a small task - a post, a share, a sign-up - send in proof, and once it is approved the reward goes straight into your Lonida wallet as LONIDA. You can spend it on players, or withdraw it, exactly like coin you bought.

The short version

Open the Fans Lounge, join a campaign, do what the brief asks, send your proof. Every submission that meets the brief gets paid. There is no bidding and no limited number of places.

Where campaigns live

Every campaign sits in the Fans Lounge, reachable from the Campaigns button at the top of the Community, from your account menu, or directly at /account/fans-lounge. Live campaigns also appear in the column beside the community feed, and on a phone just above it.

Each campaign has its own page with a shareable link, so you can send one to a friend without them needing an account to read it. They will need one to take part.

Campaigns you have joined carry a bold Joined ribbon in the list, so you can pick them out while scrolling without filtering anything.

Doing a campaign, step by step

Join it first

Press Register your interest to join. Joining is free, takes one tap, and is required before you can submit. You can join a campaign whose start date is still in the future - the submission area will show a countdown to when it opens.

Read the brief properly

The What to do tab holds the brand's own instructions. This is what your submission is judged against, so it is worth reading before you do the work rather than after.

Do the task

Whatever the brief asks - post on Reddit, share on Facebook, sign up to something. Do it properly: a reviewer can see what you sent and will refuse work that does not match.

Send your proof

Open The task tab and fill in what the campaign asks for. Most ask for a link to what you posted. Some ask for a screenshot or a short note as well.

Wait for the review

A real person reads it. Mine shows every submission you have sent on that campaign and where each one stands.

The four things a submission can be

Awaiting reviewOptional
Sent, and nobody has looked at it yet. Nothing is needed from you.
Approved and paidOptional
Accepted. The reward is already in your wallet and appears in your transaction history.
Needs a changeOptional
Nearly right. The reviewer has left a note saying what to fix, and you can submit again - the reward is still available to you.
Not approvedOptional
Refused, with a reason. This one is final for that submission.

Needs a change is not a rejection

It exists so a reviewer does not have to choose between paying for work that is not quite right and refusing work that is nearly there. Read the note, fix the thing it names, and send it again.

Why you might not be eligible

A brand can set conditions on who may take part. Where you do not meet one, the campaign says which, so you know what would change it rather than being refused without explanation.

Conditions a campaign may set

A minimum account age, counted from the day you registered.
A number of referrals you have brought to the platform.
A verified account, or a verified phone number.
Having completed a campaign before.
A minimum approval rating across your past submissions.
A minimum level of community activity.
A country or region, where the brand is only running in certain markets.

Getting paid

Approval and payment are the same moment. There is no separate payout step and nothing to claim: the coin moves to your wallet as the reviewer approves the work, and you are emailed and notified.

It is ordinary LONIDA

Campaign earnings are not a separate balance or a voucher. They are the same coin as everything else in your wallet - sign a player with it, enter a competition, or withdraw it.

Common questions

Does joining cost anything?+

No. Joining is free and always will be. You are never asked to pay to take part in a campaign, and anyone telling you otherwise is not Lonida.

Am I competing with the other people who joined?+

No. Every submission that meets the brief is paid. The joined figure is there so you can see a campaign is real and active, not because places are limited - though a campaign can set a cap, and it will say so if it has.

Can I do the same campaign more than once?+

Only if it says so. A repeatable campaign shows how long you must wait between submissions; a one-off says "One submission each". Sending a second on a one-off campaign is refused.

How long does a review take?+

It depends on the brand - a person reads every submission. Some campaigns set a review deadline, after which anything unreviewed is approved and paid automatically.

Can I withdraw what I earn?+

Yes. Campaign earnings are ordinary LONIDA in your ordinary wallet, subject to the same withdrawal rules as any other coin you hold.

I joined but the submit area is not there.+

Either the campaign has not opened yet - in which case a countdown is shown - or it is paused, or you have already submitted on a one-off campaign. The area itself says which.
